When reporting a problem with a tool, it helps enormously if you include the browser and version you were using, the tool page you were on, the format and approximate size of the file, and what you expected to happen instead.

Questions about how the site handles data, including requests relating to data protection rights, should go to privacy@helpful-guide.com. Because the tools process images locally in your browser, we hold very little personal data, and the privacy policy explains exactly what is involved.

What we cannot help with

We cannot recover files you have lost, because we never receive them. We also cannot identify who owns an image found on the web, advise on whether a specific use of someone else's image is lawful, or provide legal advice of any kind.
