DMCA and Copyright Policy

Helpful Guide respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the site to do the same. This page explains how to notify us of alleged infringement. Last updated 1 April 2026.

What this site hosts

Helpful Guide is operated by Hyper Scale Media LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company registered under CNPJ 64.683.002/0001-05, with its principal place of business at Rua Edilson Araujo, 180, Sala J — Cara-Cara, Ponta Grossa - Paraná, CEP 84033-105, Brasil. We host our own written articles, our own design and our own code. We do not host a library of user images. The tools process files inside your browser and store nothing, so there is no uploaded image gallery for us to remove.

About the image extractor

The extractor reads a public web page you supply and lists the image addresses that page references. Those images remain on their original servers and are owned by their respective rights holders. Listing an address is not publication of the image and grants no licence to reuse it.

If you believe our tool is being used to facilitate infringement of your work, contact us with the details and we will consider blocking the relevant source.

Sending an infringement notice

Send written notice to copyright@helpful-guide.com. To be actionable under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice must include the following:

Required elements

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail and a URL for us to locate it.
  • Your contact information, including address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@helpful-guide.com. It must identify the material and its previous location, include a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, provide your name, address and telephone number, include your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brazil, and carry your signature.

Misuse of the process

Knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, may expose you to liability for damages under section 512(f) of the DMCA. Please be certain before submitting a notice.

Repeat infringers

Where a user account or a specific source is repeatedly implicated in valid infringement notices, we will take appropriate action, including blocking that source from our services.

Response time

Valid notices are normally reviewed within five business days. Incomplete notices cannot be processed, and we will tell you what is missing where an address is available.
