Who these terms are with

These terms form an agreement between you and Hyper Scale Media LTDA, a Brazilian limited liability company registered under CNPJ 64.683.002/0001-05, with its principal place of business at Rua Edilson Araujo, 180, Sala J — Cara-Cara, Ponta Grossa - Paraná, CEP 84033-105, Brasil, operating the Helpful Guide website at helpful-guide.com and the free image tools and articles published on it. Using the site

The tools and articles are provided for lawful personal and commercial use, free of charge and without registration. You do not need a licence from us to use an image you processed with a tool here; the output belongs to whoever owned the input.

No accounts, no fees

There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay. The site is funded by advertising. Because there is no account, there is no subscription to cancel and no stored history for us to restore if you lose a file.

Your responsibility for content

You are solely responsible for the images and URLs you process here. You must have the right to use any file you open in a tool and any page you submit to the extractor. Do not use the site to process unlawful material or to infringe anyone's rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
  • bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, or scrape the site at automated volume;
  • probe internal networks, loopback addresses or cloud metadata endpoints through the extractor;
  • reverse engineer the service to build a competing product from our content;
  • republish our articles in bulk, or present them as your own;
  • use the site in any way that breaks applicable law or a third party's terms.

The image extractor in particular

The extractor lists images that a public web page already makes available to any visitor. It is a convenience for inspection, auditing and permitted reuse. It is not permission to download or republish material you have no rights to, and you must respect the terms and robots directives of the sites you point it at. We perform no rights check on the results.

Availability and changes to the service

The site is provided as is. We may change, suspend or discontinue any tool or article at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that any particular feature will continue to exist. Browser capabilities differ, so a tool may behave differently across devices and versions.

Intellectual property

The design, written articles, code and branding of Helpful Guide belong to us and are protected by copyright. You may quote short extracts of an article with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not republish articles in full, present them as your own, or copy the site's code or design wholesale. Requests and infringement notices are handled under our DMCA & Copyright Policy.

Third-party content

Images retrieved by the extractor belong to their respective owners; listing an image grants you no right to reuse it. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and imply no endorsement, as set out in the Disclaimer.

Advertising

Pages may display advertising served by third parties, including Google. We do not control which ads appear and an ad is not an endorsement. Any dealings you have with an advertiser, including payment and delivery, are solely between you and them. How advertising cookies work is explained in the Cookie Policy.

Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form part of your use of the site.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that processed files will meet your requirements, that output will be error free, or that any information published here is complete or current.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, nor for loss of data, profit or business arising from use of the site. Keep backups of original files before processing them anywhere, including here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

Suspension of access

We may block or rate-limit access from a source that abuses the service, without notice, to protect availability for everyone else.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. Together with the policies linked above, these terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the site.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ponta Grossa, Paraná, Brazil.
